Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the team's skills and productivity.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and execute sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the housing financing market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow the customer base.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the sales process.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the housing finance sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of housing finance products and market dynamics.
