Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Stay updated on IT industry trends through continuous learning
• Manage sales team to achieve targets
• Proactively adjust plans to address performance gaps
• Provide realistic forecasts to management regularly
• Monitor queues daily to ensure prompt customer responses
• Conduct daily coaching sessions to drive relevant customer conversations
• Regularly review and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
• Build and maintain effective internal and external partnerships
• Recruit and retain top talent for business continuity
• Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs
• Take necessary actions to improve team performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in Field Sales, Inside Sales, or Demand Management
• Preferably experienced in high-volume telemarketing with a CRM system
• Self-starter with a strong drive for success
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language
• Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented work style
• Interest in technology, particularly SAP Systems
• Team-oriented with experience in collaborative environments
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work with virtual teams
• Resilient, with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability for achieving deadlines and targets
