Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of mortgage loan officers, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to help them achieve their sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive mortgage loan production and revenue growth.
• Set clear sales targets and performance goals for individual team members and monitor their progress toward achieving them.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents, builders, and referral partners, to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their sales skills and performance.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, market trends, and competitive developments affecting the mortgage industry.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our mortgage products and services.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and mortgage software applications.
