IDFC First Bank is hiring for the role of Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure Monthly Sales targets are met with acquisition in NTB (New to Bank) and ETB (Existing to Bank) customers. 
• Ensure month-on-month growth in EOP (Execution only platform) Assets for Gold loan business/per branch
• Assist with Customer Follow-ups to be done at regular intervals for timely renewal of cases so as to ensure Minimum renewal pending cases.
• Coordinate with valuers to be done time to time basis.
• Ensure most of the customers are aligned to pay valuation charges as per product norms.
• Ensure healthy collections with Nil FEMI/FPD and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X
• Help branch liability team in Audits and ensuring proper communications to customers before any packet Opening.
• Conduct Marketing activities in the local market to generate NTB gold loan customers.
• Work extensively in the field and travel across the region on short notice.
• Carry out ad-hoc activities as per the requirements of the department.

Requirements:        

• Graduation: Bachelor’s in engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management.
