Byju's is hiring for the role of Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work on assigned prospects (Leads) independently as an individual contributor.
• Take the responsibility to close deals with prospective clients.
• Receive comprehensive training on both the product and the sales process.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate a proven track record of surpassing targets in a Sales Manager role.
• Possess over 1 year of experience in Sales, or exhibit eagerness as a fresher to learn and apply knowledge in a sales-driven environment, contributing to revenue growth.
• Accumulate overall experience not exceeding 10 years.
• Exhibit fluency in English and Hindi, along with the ability and willingness to perform in a performance-driven setting.
• Showcase excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to counsel parents regarding their child's future.
• Be comfortable with flexible shift timings to enhance customer service.
• Be willing to exceed work timings based on process needs.
• Hold a graduation or a 2-year diploma with a 12th pass qualification.
• Possess knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and PowerPoint.
• Immediate joiners are preferred, with a notice period of 1 month or less.
