Driver Logistics is hiring for the role of Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the Part Truck Load (PTL) operations in Karnataka.
• Identify and prospect potential customers, understand their transportation needs, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
• Lead and inspire the sales team, setting clear goals and performance targets, and providing continuous coaching and support.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to the senior management team.
• Monitor pricing and ensure competitive positioning in the market while maintaining profitability.
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the transportation or logistics industry, with a focus on Part Truck Load operations in Karnataka.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and strategies.
• Knowledge of the Karnataka transportation market, including customer segments, competitors, and key industry trends.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
