Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for the role of Sales Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell, and Growth. Team handling experience preferred.
- Lead a team of 50+ strong sales team who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards. Tele-Sales channel management.
- Define and execute recruitment and training for the entire sales team regularly. Would be efficient in Hiring Telecallers, Sales executives, and Team Leaders.
- Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team.
- Monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal credit and risk policy.
- Manage productivity and query handling.
- Assist in data management and MIS handling.
