About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound phone calls and send targeted emails to prospective customers.
  • Present and explain our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet their requirements.
  • Answer customer inquiries about product details, pricing, and delivery options.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, lead status, and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in phone-based or email sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections gracefully.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
