About this Job

Resopnsibilities:


  • Identify, develop and nurture new retail channel partners in order to expand into untapped markets
  • Continuously provide support and training to channel partners in order to help them generate leads through varied sourcing activities
  • Drive channel partners to help them generate sales closures
  • Understand in-depth about the product at hand and continuously keep oneself updated on Froots products and competition products
  • Comply and adhere to sales and channel sales processes/SOPs of Froots
  • Identify probable gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency/sales conversions/other sales metrics


Requirements:


  • Must be graduate and above
  • Knowledge in Channel Sales (Preferably in the given industries - Food & Beverages, Milk, Fruits & Vegetables, FMCG, BFSI)
