Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation | Business Development | Sales | Follow Ups
• Supporting the Service and Sales function to enhance customer experience
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
• Able to reach out to Decision Makers
• Meeting with Clients & giving demonstration of product
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Closing the deal and regular follow ups with clients
• Managing the sales data and customer data

Qualifications & Skills:

• Good knowledge of Market and customers
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must have willingness to travel to distant places
• Ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Good knowledge of basic computer skills
• Able to generate sales/service reports, make presentations and draft emails
