Adriot is hiring for the role of Sales Executive (General Insurance)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Corporate Sales Management
    • Drive sales of general insurance products, with a focus on infrastructure-related insurance and surety bonds.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their specific insurance needs.
    • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell insurance products to maximize revenue.
  • Business Development
    • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and ensure effective lead generation.
    • Participate in industry events, networking sessions, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging risks to provide tailored solutions.
  • Target Achievement
    • Set and achieve sales targets for corporate customers in the assigned regions.
    • Monitor individual and team performance against goals, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Deliver exceptional service to corporate customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Handle complex negotiations and resolve client issues effectively.
    • Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the corporate insurance space.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with underwriting, claims, and risk management teams to ensure smooth delivery of insurance solutions.
    • Collaborate with other divisions to identify cross-selling opportunities and align on customer needs.
  • Reporting & Compliance
    • Prepare detailed sales reports, client summaries, and market analyses for senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in sales processes.
 
Requirements :
  • Strong understanding of corporate insurance needs, particularly in infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in Infra Related Insurance Surety Bond Experience is Required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mind set with the ability to craft tailored insurance solutions.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in sales within the general insurance industry. Proven expertise in infrastructure-related insurance and surety bonds is mandatory.
