GeoTechnoSoft is hiring for the role of Sales Executive (ERP)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the business needs and requirements of potential clients through in-depth discussions and analysis.
  • Solution Presentation: Present tailored ERP solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating how our offerings meet their specific needs and deliver value to their business.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close deals in line with company policies and targets.
  • Deal Closure: Work towards achieving sales targets by effectively closing deals and securing contracts with clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our ERP solutions, features, and benefits to effectively communicate them to clients and address any inquiries they may have.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products and identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in ERP sales or related software sales roles
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their applications in different industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively present and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
