Sales Executive - Business Development Job in Ajmer at Marriott

Marriott is hiring for the role of Sales Executive - Business Development!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate with off-property sales channels to align and enhance sales efforts, avoiding duplication.
• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers to drive future bookings through activities like sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows.
• Develop relationships within the community to expand the customer base and identify new sales opportunities.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and complete information is provided for effective turnover to Event Management
• Join sales calls with the sales team to acquire new business and close deals.
• Execute and support operational tasks for booked business, such as generating proposals, drafting contracts, and managing customer correspondence.

Requirements:

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field from an accredited university, with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
• Or a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, with 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
