Roles & Responsiblities:

• Initiating phone conversations with potential leads, clients, and data with given targets
• Intensely following up with the prospects and closing sales within the sales cycle
• Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls
• Achieving the weekly targets in a high-pressure performance driven competitive environment
• Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion ratio, Average revenue generated in month, Average revenue per sale, etc
• Setting up meetings with clients at their office at home for presentation
• Activating channel partners, brokers and corporate for lead generation and events
• Achieving set targets for broker meetups and activations

Qualification & Skills:

• Performing site visit and presentation to clients and solving all queries of clients
• Need to be multitasking and self-driven approach
• Maintaining MIS of self-performance weekly, daily, monthly and reporting to senior
• Mainly responsible for pure sales and broker activation through it
• Target bound not time bound work

About NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme)

Government of India has launched a new scheme “National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)’ on 19th August, 2016 with an indicative outlay of Rs. 10,000 crore in order to give financial support to establishments undertaking the apprenticeship training. Target under the scheme are 5 lakh apprentices in 2016-17, 10 lakh apprentices in 2017-18, 15 lakh apprentices in 2018-2019 and 20 lakh apprentices in 2019-20.
