Role & Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with customers
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
• By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• The Sales Executive will be responsible for walk in closure & developing and executing sales strategies to meet our company's goals.
• This role will involve working with clients to identify their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• The Sales Executive will also be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of customer relationship management
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
