Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as online listings, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Engage with potential buyers to understand their requirements and preferences for pre-owned vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, demonstrating vehicles, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the available inventory, including specifications, features, and pricing of old cars.
• Stay updated on market trends and pricing to effectively negotiate and close deals.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.
• Conduct test drives with potential buyers and showcase the unique selling points of each vehicle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with previous customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets as set by the management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
• Coordinate with the finance and administrative teams to facilitate the completion of sales transactions smoothly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote old cars through various marketing initiatives.
