Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Identify potential clients' financial needs and offer suitable products and services to meet their requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate our financial solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Understand clients' financial goals and provide personalized advice and support.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth and product improvement.
  • Gather feedback from clients to enhance the company's offerings and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and communicate updates to clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including the marketing and product teams, to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
