Roles and Responsibilities:

• Connect to the clients and suggest Projects as per requirement
• Showing the Properties to Prospect Clients
• Manage client base through excellent follow up on leads
• Provide guidance to client to purchase property for the right price under the best terms
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with customer support to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Keep abreast of sales techniques, best practices, and industry standards to continuously improve sales skills.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a competitive mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
