About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with customers, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager.
  • Collaborate with customer support to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Keep abreast of sales techniques, best practices, and industry standards to continuously improve sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a competitive mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Results-driven attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment
