About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide proactive and responsive customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to maintain relationships, upsell/cross-sell products or services, and identify opportunities for renewals or additional sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target customer segments and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems or other designated tools.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and progress against targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or solution-oriented sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achievement of sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, trade shows, or sales events.
