About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, lead generation, networking, and referrals. Actively engage with potential customers to promote the company's products or services and convert leads into sales.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, benefits, and applications. Effectively communicate the value proposition to customers and address any inquiries or objections they may have. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects by understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points. Tailor sales pitches and proposals to match their requirements and demonstrate how the company's products or services can meet their specific needs. Maintain regular communication to nurture relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations, demonstrations, or product trials to showcase the features and benefits of the company's offerings. Highlight unique selling points and address customer concerns or objections to secure sales.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
