Responsibilities include:

• Developing sales strategies and setting goals.
• Generating leads and researching prospects.
• Using phone, email, and in-person contacts to contact potential and existing customers.
• Responding to inquiries, complaints, and questions from customers.
• Preparing and sending proposals and quotes.
• Using software programs to manage sales campaigns.
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Attending sales team meetings.
• Performing sales research and analysis.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects.
• Making improvements and suggesting new products by staying up to date on trends and competitors.
• Gathering and analyzing information and preparing reports.
• Participate in workshops to develop more skills and knowledge.
• Ensure professional networks are maintained.
• Resolve contract disputes.
