Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Discover and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector, focusing on properties that are under construction, ready for occupancy, or in the secondary market.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities through regular research.
• Work closely with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from the initial contact through to the final closing.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other required documents.
• Organize property viewings and support clients in selecting properties.
• Negotiate sales agreements to achieve beneficial terms for both the company and its clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, with a preference for experience in real estate.
• Knowledgeable about properties in various stages, including under construction, ready for move-in, and the secondary market.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Self-driven and proactive in addressing challenges.
