Brigade Group is hiring for the role of Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Product Knowledge
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, finishes, design options, pricing, and terms.
  • Address customer queries with quick and accurate responses.
• Prospective Leads Management
  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Actively track and convert leads into bookings.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Follow up consistently with prospects, schedule meetings, and coordinate with designers.
  • Propose feasible design or product solutions where applicable.
  • Build strong professional relationships and gain client trust.
  • Ensure customers have a seamless, positive experience throughout the process.
• Post-Booking Coordination
  • Assist customers through the entire design process after booking.
  • Coordinate with the BrigadePlus team for design finalisation and costing sign-offs.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients till project closure.
