BlueStone is hiring for the role of Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identifying potential customers through cold calls, walk-ins, leads, or networking.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products (like frames, lenses, memberships, etc.).
• Achieving sales targets set weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
• Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintaining product knowledge — knowing about new collections, offers, and technical specs.
• Demonstrating products (e.g., helping customers try eyewear, explaining lens technologies).
• Handling billing and basic operational tasks at the store.
• Collecting feedback from customers and sharing it with the team.

Requirements:

• Sales Skills: Strong ability to understand customer needs and pitch relevant products.
• Customer Focus: Good at building rapport, solving customer problems, and maintaining relationships.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals confidently and handle objections.
• Target Orientation: Comfortable working with sales targets and achieving/exceeding them.
• Tech-savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, sales tracking apps, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Presentation Skills: Ability to present products and offerings clearly to customers.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with BD, marketing, and operations teams.
