Role Overview:

The Sales Intern will assist the Sales team in various tasks, contributing to business growth and learning about sales processes, customer engagement, and market research. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales techniques, customer relations, and strategies within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in lead generation and prospecting new customers
• Help prepare sales presentations and proposals
• Support the team in managing and updating the CRM system
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors
• Assist in customer outreach through calls, emails, and social media
• Help track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
• Attend sales meetings and support sales team members in their efforts
• Participate in training sessions and shadow experienced team members

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Previous internship or experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools (such as Salesforce) is a plus
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
