Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Be the brand ambassador of CARS24 when interacting with customers.
• Go above and beyond to delight customers and sell cars online with a warm attitude, exceptional communication skills, and a highly professional demeanor.
• Build trust with customers by being responsive, reliable, and communicative, resolving issues proactively.
• Liaise closely with the customer operations team to ensure the right car is prepared for delivery and sales processes run smoothly.
• Learn about various buy/sell processes in different states.
• Learn how to explain various car features to customers, with provided training.
• Help shape and support the development of customer-facing processes in a growing business.
• Focus on sales conversions as your core performance indicator.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a contact center or well-known retail environment, with engagement over phone, social media, email, or chat.
• A customer-centric outlook, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Solid team player, excited about contributing to a startup journey.
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks with minimal guidance.
• Creative problem-solver, able to work across the organization to find customer solutions.
• Car knowledge (nice to have), or experience selling products/services.
• Flexible to work after hours and weekends based on a rotating roster (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 6 days a week) from the Gurgaon office
