The Adroit is hiring for the role of Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business requirements and offering solutions that align with their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our software solutions and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the value of our software to clients.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
  • Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth transition to implementation.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to remain competitive.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide valuable input on market trends and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven success in B2B software sales with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of software products and the software industry is a plus.
