Axiom is hiring for the role of Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Client acquisition by managing end to end sales by converting pre-generated leads across the globe.
• Connect with clients on calls and emails to understand their requirement budget, time-lines and to provide the best solution.
• Build long term relationships with key stakeholders for upselling, cross selling and account based selling.
• Cold calling prospects either from provided databases or build new databases.
• Identify & build database contact database of key decision makers.
• Maintain record of all conversations in CRM, Provide daily/weekly/Monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Highly motivated individual with passion for sales and drive to succeed in a global selling environment
• Able to work independently and own the sales cycle- from lead generation to closure
• Excellent verbal & Written communication skills and hands on experience in MS Word. Excel, PPT
• Cold calling Experience is mandatory
• Should be good team player with multitasking abilities
• Post graduation in any discipline (MBA Preferred) with 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B (Market Research Preferred)
