iQuanta is hiring for the role of Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Initiating Conversations with the aspirants who are interested in preparing for the courses from iQuanta Via calls/SMS/emails/zoom meets.
• Reaching Optimum Talk time of 3 to 3.5 Hours or 120 to 150 Calls with maximum connects.
• Counseling and making Students interested in Taking up the course and also making sure of Student Retention.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of exceeding targets in sales, > 1 year of experience in Sales or Freshers with Zeal to work
• Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period
• Overall experience must not be more than 10 years
• Fluency in English /Hindi ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to counsel an Individual Aspiring to give CAT
• Comfortable with changing shift timings so that we may serve our customers better
• Comfortable with exceeding work timing based on process needs
• Minimum Qualification - Graduation
