Responsibilities and Duties

• Candidates will be responsible for Sales of Sophisticated Medical Equipment.
• Candidate is required to work intensively in allotted territory by exploring all hospitals for Business and Revenue generation for the designated product range and department.
• Efficiency in trouble shooting medical equipment
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
• Ability to provide effective after-sales service to customers
• Competency in training end users on product features ensuring effective use of the equipment
• Ability to learn and develop product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical background, with knowledge of healthcare products and services, and the ability to provide technical support and guidance to clients.
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
