Roles & Responsibilities:

• Job demand need based selling, application oriented selling approach.
• Plan visits to prospects regularly and explain the product range with demonstration and on-jobs applications.
• Confidently present product to prospects/ customers and find out other applications and suggest product from range. Convince customer, bring about sales.
• Study market trends and competitors activity.
• Prepare weekly reports of customer and business prospects.
• Developing sales team.
• Need to develop and maintain good contacts with the top management of the companies.
• Travel throughout sales territory.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream
• Preference Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical or MBA/Diploma with marketing specialization.
• Minimum Experience of 8 months 1 Year in selling, Preferably Industrial Sales of Maintenance Products / Conceptual Product selling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, having dynamic, creative and innovative personality.
• Extrovert, confident and possess leadership qualities
• Candidate should have a flair for marketing
• Male candidates preferred
• Ready for extensive travelling.
