Tesa is hiring for the role of Sales Electronics Engineer!
- Understand and execute the short-term and long-term sales strategy to achieve the business goals & objectives
- Execute and implement the annual sales plan based on coaching and guidance
- Follow up and execute the annual customer plan for assigned customers
- Keep good communication with internal departments
- Ensure 100% compliance
- Understand and follow up relevant customer strategy for assigned key accounts based on the guideline and coach
- Update the sales pipeline in the CRM system timely
- Generate a timely customer visit report by using the CRM tool and provide feedback about key customer intelligence
- Follow up the customer-centricity account plan to develop new business
- Deal with complaints as an interface between internal stakeholders from function teams and external stakeholders (key customers, value chain partners, associations, downstream players) and provide timely feedback on the solutions to assigned customer complaints and inquiries
- Build up business acumen and market intelligence to identify and analyze potential business growth opportunities understand competitive factors to support the business growth
- Understand the unmet needs of assigned customers transfer the potential needs to Marketing and Product Management team to develop new products based on the coach and guidance
- Support market research including supply chain tracking, competitor information update and analysis, identify sales/market potential and cooperate with internal team (e.g. such as marketing, distributor team, etc.) to support further business growth and achieve sales targets
- Other assigned related tasks and projects
- Sales experience in the chemical or electronics-related industry will be preferred
- Good capability to communicate, cooperate and influence across teams and functions
- Good skills in stakeholder and customer management
- Good learning ability and agility
- Good sense for problem solving; can identify the problems and analyze the root reason based on the coach and guidance
- Strong willingness to grow and step out of your comfort zone with own initiatives
- Strong willingness and ownership to achieve business growth and goals & objectives
- Good capability to work well under pressure
- Highly self-motivating, open minded and diligent attitude
- Bachelor degree or above in chemical, business, economics, Science engineering, or similar
