BCG is hiring for the role of Sales & Distribution Consulting Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions

• Applying topic/sector expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account
• Being flexible to travel across India (majority) and other emerging markets (if needed) to support client projects and/or proposals

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of industry experience preferred and/or 2 - 3 years of consulting experience
• Demonstrated expertise in sales & distribution function (preference for experience in the FMCG, FMCD and Industrial Goods industry)
• Bachelor/master’s degree in a related field
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and spreadsheets and knowledge of basic analysis tools
• Should be comfortable in dealing with quantitative analysis and large datasets
• Experience in research methodologies, including designing core activities, analyzing, sharing & codifying results
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
