Facilio is hiring for the role of Sales Development Representative- EMEA!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospects evaluating Facilio's CMMS solutions.
  • Handle inbound leads in North America and/or EMEA markets to create opportunities for sales teams.
  • Build rapport with prospects to understand their challenges and drive engagement.
  • Provide inside/field sales teams with necessary discovery information for customized product demos.
  • Utilize multiple communication channels to effectively engage prospects.
  • Develop deep business insight and market knowledge to guide prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product value proposition, features, benefits, and personas.
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM reflecting the sales development pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams, providing continuous feedback for process improvement.
  • Serve as a Facilio evangelist, championing the innovative power of the solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of prior experience in inbound lead qualification as a Sales Development Representative in the EMEA market. Willingness to work in EMEA shift timings.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in person, through email, and via telephone.
  • High levels of motivation and a self-driven attitude.
  • Preferable experience working with B2B SaaS companies.
  • Good understanding of CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Ability to leverage various communication channels such as email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with multiple levels of prospects.
