FinBox is hiring for the role of Sales Development Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and enterprise businesses.
  • Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to build a strong funnel.
  • Collaborate with marketing and AEs to qualify and hand off larger enterprise opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for SMB and mid-market clients — from discovery to closing.
  • Position FinBox products like Sentinal, LOS, BankConnect, DeviceConnect, and Contact Point Verification to solve real business challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handover to post-sales teams.
  • Partner with marketing to refine outbound messaging and campaigns.
  • Work closely with product and customer success teams to relay on-ground insights.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs and opportunity tracking in CRM.
  • Track metrics like pipeline creation, SMB closures, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in SaaS, fintech, or B2B inside sales roles.
  • Experience in fintech industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing SMB or mid-market deals.
  • Experience engaging with decision-makers in BFSI or fintech ecosystem preferred.
