ZenTrades is hiring for the role of Sales Development Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Engage potential clients through calls and emails.
• Understand client needs and present ZenTrades’ solutions.
• Establish and nurture client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged.
• Schedule meetings or demos with potential clients

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech)/ B.sc
• Experience: Has 0-2 years of experience in Outbound cold calling in SaaS based/ international sales: preferably in the North American region
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong listening skills
• Disciplined in cold calling, organized, and diligent in follow-ups.
• Comfortable working in an agile startup environment.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, excellent listening skills, and a positive, energetic phone presence.
• Proven ability in lead generation, appointment setting, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time management.
• Demonstrates resilience and the ability to hustle in a sales environment, maintaining a positive and spirited attitude.
• Intelligent with a strong ability to learn and grow, career-driven with a hunger to keep improving.
• Street-smart with the ability to handle stress and persist through challenges.
• Intellectually curious and driven by a need to grow both intellectually and financially.
