ClearTax is Hiring for the Role of Sales Development Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Generate qualified opportunities by rigorously prospecting and researching the assigned region/market.
• Conduct thorough research on companies and build an effective sales pipeline through efficient prospecting and lead follow-ups.
• Initiate conversations and provide product demonstrations to high-profile personas such as CFOs, CIOs, Finance Heads, and Tax Heads of prospect companies.
• Develop creative and personalized campaigns via Emails, LinkedIn, and Calls to attract prospects.
• Represent ClearTax as the face of the company and pitch its products effectively.
• Maintain updated records of leads, discussions, and activities in CRM tools.
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • 1–5 years in a target-driven SaaS sales domain (MBA is a plus).
  • Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in the Indian market.
• Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • A proven track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
  • Interest in learning new technologies.
• Attributes:
