Finastra is hiring for the role of Sales Development Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Work closely with the marketing department to ensure suitable messaging is distributed to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services.
• Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed.
• Participate in training programs as directed by the manager.
• Maintain sales forecasting data in the sales reporting system.
• Report on (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) sales results.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
• The ability to communicate in English and Hindi is required.
• Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals.
• Account management experience is a plus.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Strong perseverance and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
