CoffeeBeans Consulting is hiring for the role of Sales Development Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.
  • Following up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, or other channels.
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers through ongoing lead nurturing activities.
  • Understanding customer needs and pain points to effectively position our products/services and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Educating customers on offerings, technologies, and benefits to drive sales.
  • Closing sales and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for driving sales growth.
  • Using LinkedIn and other tools to send out requests and add connections across regions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles in IT Consulting.
  • US/UK cold calling experience – 60-70 calls per day.
  • Availability to work late hours to be able to service US/UK regions (up to 2 AM IST)
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers over the phone or via email.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Seamless and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and sales techniques.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
