Exotel is hiring for the role of Sales Development Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as the first point of contact with the prospects and outbound leads.
• Work towards materializing Lead Qualification.
• Assign leads to sales teams.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and prospects.
• Data mining through different web portals.
• Database management and segregation.

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills and an innate ability to relay information in a meaningful manner to the management.
• He/ She must be well-versed with Excel and other Microsoft tools. Sound knowledge of the BPO and/or software industry is desirable.
• Domestic market experience preferred.
• BPO / ITES / CRM experience. 
• IT-Software / Software Services / Sales experience.
• Must have excellent soft skills.
• Must have excellent sales and customer management skills. 
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PPT.
