Metricoid is hiring for the role of Sales Development Executive!

Responsibilities of the Canddiate:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
• Utilize various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media platforms to prospect and engage with potential clients.
• Qualify leads through effective communication and discovery calls.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized sales strategies and messaging.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline growth, and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools is a plus.
• Experience with remote sales techniques and best practices is preferred but not required.
