SAP is hiring for the role of Sales Development Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat, and email. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology and handed over to Sales using a standard global process.
• Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatically recycled (discontinued/disqualified leads) and reconstituted nurturing (aged pipeline),Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions, and progressing stalled pipeline.
• Targeting outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology and handed over to Sales using a standard global process. 
• Supporting and cooperating with Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, and Account Executives and Aligning with Sales colleagues for the most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market.
• Generating and qualifying leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) in alignment with management and passing qualified leads to Sales resources for opportunity management and execution.
• Reviewing lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports, Assist in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills.
• Being an active part of either classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom or mentor-led activities, Complete and validate all requested enablement in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus
• Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
• Experience in SAP Implementation projects is an added advantage
• 2 - 3 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment
• Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in a high volume of customer-facing experience, phone-centric work
• High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/ Contact Management System
• Fluency in English and fluency in any other regional language preferred
