SAP is hiring for the role of Sales Development Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat, and email. For targeted outbound campaigns, qualify leads according to the applicable methodology and hand them over to sales using a standard global process. Accelerate pipeline and increase conversion by executing programmatic recycling (discontinued/disqualified leads) and reconstituted nurturing (aged pipeline), nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions, and progressing stalled pipeline.
• Generate and qualify leads through proper means, nurture aging leads and opportunities, and eventually hand over fully qualified leads to assigned account executives for further sales progress.
• The Digital Sales Development Associate will be co-located in the Digital Hub. They will join territory and account planning to support the team and will be the future candidate pool for transition into sales roles. Plan and execute call and e-mail activities to generate leads using the most efficient means together with the manager/expert.
• Support and cooperate with corporate marketing, field marketing, solution specialists, and account executives, and align with sales colleagues for the most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market.
• Regularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports; Assist in activities to enhance demand generation and product/solution skills.
• Be an active part of either classroom, e-learning, virtual classroom, or mentor-led activities. Complete and validate all requested enablement in a timely manner.

RequirementsL

• Degree in Engineering or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus
• Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
• Experience in SAP Implementation project is an added advantage
• 1-3 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside sales
• Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer-facing experience, phone-centric work
• High-volume activity working environments involving phone and a CRM/contact Contact system
• Fluency in English & Fluency in any other regional language preferred
