Danaher is hiring for the role of Sales Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with sales upper management and IT business analysts to understand sales processes and reporting requirements.
• Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions based on insights.
• Create, test, deploy, and monitor sales reports and dashboards, primarily using Power BI.
• Work with the IT team to ensure adherence to report development best practices.
• Improve reporting processes and develop new metrics to enhance decision-making.
• Provide training and support to sales team members on how to interpret and utilize sales data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Excel, or similar).
• Good understanding of CRM software.
• Proficient in understanding data structures and star schema data warehouses.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
• Experience in a sales environment or with sales data is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
