About this Job
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel Students and Parents
- Engage with Students and Parents walk-ins and form submissions
- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable courses
- Conduct in-depth counselling sessions in person or virtually
- Present course details, fee structure, faculty info and career outcomes
- Follow up regularly to convert enquiries into admissions
- Support marketing and operations in student onboarding
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Strong communication in English (must), Hindi (required), Marathi (preferred)
- Friendly, confident and student-first personality
- Good listener, persuasive speaker, and patient problem-solver
- Ability to handle objections and motivate students to enroll
- Experience in sales, counselling, or customer handling is a plus
- Freshers with strong Personality and Communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Must be proactive, organized, and good with follow-ups
