NIIT is hiring for the role of Sales Counsellor!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Calling & following up with potential NIIT learners to propagate NIIT’s mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you.
- This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
- Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Graduate
- Optional: PG
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven desire for success
