NIIT Limited is hiring for the role of Sales Counsellor!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Building Database by doing outdoor activities like connecting with colleges, and organizing events/ webinars for students to expose them to NIIT’s new age career programs which can help them start their careers.
- Generating leads for calling & following up with potential NIIT learners to propagate NIIT’s mission of providing career advancement opportunities.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
- Maintaining a detailed record of all the interactions
