Requirements and responsibilities:


  • In Tenders GEM Portal Experience
  • Daily Monitoring Govt./Private Tender websites
  • Check out the NED Test reports and Coordinating with the Marketing Head for pricing and other documentations
  • Check out every day RDSO & Railway tenders
  • Coordinate everyday with Production/Technical Teams for tender eligibility
  • Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
  • Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
  • Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
  • Contribution in cost and price calculations
  • Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
  • Bid Writer/Tender Submissions Coordinator you will support managers with the preparation, review and submission of bid responses - including expressions of interest, tenders, proposals and presentations to corporate and public sector clients
