Sales Coordinator Job in Vasai at Ashok Rubber Works

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare sales proposals, quotes and contacts.
• Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Act as a point of contact for customer by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and provide product related information.
• Maintain and update customer database and sales record.
• Generate regular sales report on weekly and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with managers in charges and ensure a smooth operation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all order under production.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales related activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor degree or equivalent diploma certificate.
• Strong Verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Familiar with complete sales processes
• Previous experience in rubber industry is a plus point
• Female Preferred
